I guess CFMX Enterprise has at least one feature to separate it from
Professional.

Cut and paste city I'm afraid.

Have a look on the developers exchange and see if anybody has written
anything to access the cf factory classes to do the same job.  Wouldn't
be that difficult to do but don't know if it's been done.

If you're running CFMX Enterprise, check out the Archives and
Deployment
page in the administrator, this should enable you to create a .car file
that
contains all the mappings, datasources etc. for a server

I think it is possible to do it with CFMX Developer version, aswell,
but
don't quote me on it :)
