Hi, Stop the Flashcomm Service Go to your application's directory There should be a shared objects directory Likely a _definst_ directory Delete the .fso file (e.g. FCChat.chat_mc.history.fso) Restart the service.
You can also log into the administrator>Communication App Inspector, unload the application. Then delete the fso file. If you browser is connected to the app when you do it you'll need to refresh to reconnect. Fooling around with the chat facility I carried on quite a conversation with myself but now want to show the product to some vip's and the chat history is there every time I go back to the page. How do you clear the chat history from the chat window? Is there somewhere on the server admin console I can do this? Any help appreciated. Thanks...
