I'm assuming from what your talking about is where the data is stored by the
flash client ( 6+ only ).  If you right click on any flash application,
select the settings option, then click on the folder icon, you can see a
user can decided (on a per domain basis) how much local data can be stored.
The main issue is the permission is client based, not an issue with the
scenario below but restrictive for other types of applications.  The
functionality (correct me Robin if you need to ;) ... I don't wear the hat
anymore) is available for any flash application, not just FCS based ones,
you could just use Flash remoting ... however the FCS paradigm just makes it
quite sensible.
