I'm no premium so too & its not saying you need to upgrade so, it just
sounds like its screwed.

I just did a fresh OS install a week ago so maybe thats go something to do
with it.

Go to add & remove programs, find office and click change. Goto add or
remove features & check if the importers and exporters are installed under
outlook.
