Delete the relevant file from the WEB-INF/cfclasses
directory (you can delete them all if you are feeling like you want a clean
start).
This will cause the Java
compiler to recompile the Application.cfm (or all the files). What has
probably happened is that you have accidently (on purpose) changed the case of
the filename and the compiler thinks it is a different file (when in fact it
is not because you are running on a Windows platform).
If your production and development environments are on
different platforms, you really need to ensure the case of your filenames are
always consistent and that you always follow the correct naming conventions
recommended by MM for core files (like Application.cfm).
