I thought the point of a cms was to maintain a constant navigational
look and feel throughout a large site.
This site has the worst navigation consistancy I've seen in a long time.
I could have whipped this dogs breakfast up in Spectra in a couple of
weeks.
Actually, on second thoughts, it might take me a while to write the code
to randomise the navigation layout from screen to screen. I can't even
see _how_ a cms could be responsible for this god awful mess. I looks
like a site some highschool student made after he got a HTML for Idiots
book.

Why couldn't they have given me those tax payers dollars!!??

You should have a look at the site, looks as though none of that money
was spent on design.
