Depending on your database, you will probably have some sort of cast function that will allow you to turn the string field into date/time, or number in the select statement. You can then sort on the converted column value.

Does anyone know how to sort a query based on a 24 hour time. The field in
question is a test field not time field. At the moment it is sorting like
this

13:00
06:00
10:00
11:00

Mot sure why it want to put 13:00 above the rest
