Correct me if I am wrong, Steve, but you want to be able to force the cursor to change to the resize icon when it is over the border of the table. That is not possible using CSS. What you could do with CSS is create a cell that spans all the rows and set the style on that. If what you are actually intending to do is to allow the user to resize the table, then you should probably look encapsulating your table in a DIV and allowing resizing of that. I am not sure what the cursor settings actually do that. I think the MSDN site has some good samples of that sort of thing though.
