Our corporate marketing suppliers import these (they think) from Taiwan - so unfortunately I can't help with any more details regarding possible sources of refills. That said, anyone dropping by our office is welcome to an ENTIRE replacement pen, and we can send boxes out to the CFUG managers if they don't already have them.
