If you got <cfapplication> defined in
your root level application.cfm, but somewhere down the line you have ANOTHER
application.cfm in a directory and you do NOT have <cfapplication> tag
defined it that one it will not work. In other words, the application.cfm on the
higherlevel wipes out anythign set at the root level. I usually put the
<cfapplication> tag in a file called app_global.cfm and I then include
this file in the application.cfm files.
