Thanks for the help, and all is sorted, but just one other thing I thought I might mention, incase it helps anyone.
In cfmx, there are no problems with <cfhtmlhead> and <cflocation> but there are with cf5. The information I have found states that this is not a problem if you use the <cfhtmlhead> tag in the final page, (i.e. the one being included). I have found this to be un-true. Any page that has <cflocation> tag, or is accessed via one, will cause a 302 error in i.e. when using <cfhtmlhead>, and will return a "page not found" error in opera. I have not tested this in Netscape, or any mozilla variant. Hope this will help someone.
