Hey all!
was wondering if anyone knows how to escape apostrophes (') in coldfusion mx...
all of the documentation I can find seems to suggest that \' should work but it does
not...
for example, my search critera
* "'Australia'" works fine
* "'Australia's'" obviously throws an error
* "'Australia`'`s'" throws the same error
* "'Australia\'s'" throws no errors, but returns no results and it
certaily should
(for reference the error thrown is
coldfusion.tagext.lang.CFSearchTagException: Error # -2 Error E1-
0106 (Query Builder): No topic built.. )
Very annoying :-) Any help much appreciated
