I've just had an interesting conversation with a mate, who advises me that the website for the company in the early stages of setting up is going to be offering SMS messages via their website.
Now I know this isnt new concept, what I was supprised at was when he told me that the company is not going to pay for it, as its payed for by the government!!! Has anyone else heard of such a scheme? I cant see how the goverenment is going to fund SMS messgages via a website, but I've been assured its been set up ready to go and the company in question is not paying for it. Incidently how does one go about implementing SMS message system via ones website.\ Ideas, thoughts and comments?
