Does anyone know of a script/tool that allows an automatic conversion from .doc to .pdf for documents in a folder viewable on the web?
Ie I have a folder with several hundred word documents, but I would like them to be viewable as .pdf's on the web without having to convert each one individually from a .doc to .pdf before uploading them.
I'm pretty sure you can do this sort of batch process with the Acrobat distiller in the commercial version of Acrobat from Adobe. You may even be able to set up a directory that is sweeped and automatically converts DOCs and passes them to another directory -- nice for newly added DOCs.
