Hey Ryan Build a little log parser and grabs out the file sizes from the http logs. Could be worth double checking and its shouldn't be too difficult.
I think a forum could do this traffic if its really busy. If you really are looking at this volume of traffic it could be worth checking out some bandwidth minimisation tricks like compression & conditional GETs.
