I wouldn't imagine so... from what I've read, most spammers use specific applications that are built with one thing in mind - spamming. I would imagine that you'd get better performance from an app that's designed specifically to pump out emails, than with something like CFMX, that's designed to do lots of cool things, emailing being just one of them.

(grrr.... filthy bloody spammers!!)
