You should be able to have IIS & Apache running on the same machine, and
have both run CFMX.

The only thing I can thing of that would cause you problems is that IIS &
Apache need to be listening for requests on different ports or IP addresses.

In IIS (I'm using 6, but it should be the same for earlier versions) right
click on your site, select 'Properties', then change 'TCP Port' to something
different - changing the port is probably easier than mucking about with
IPs, unless you have more than one IP already assigned to the machine.

You might then need to run the connector script to reinstall the ISAPI
filter for CF ([CFMX install dir]\bin\connectors\IIS_connector.bat)
