Payment Proxy Server sucks in unspeakably vile levels. Camtech if you have an account - WC will apparently install the camtech gateway newversion on their professional or premier levels without any dramas - just add a job.
QSI is also availible - Deffinetly on premier level - probably on professional if its a newish server and you ask them nicely.
