Hello I have "Macromedia ColdFusion MX Development" by Eric Ladd - ISBN 0789726939. The source code for the samples in the book can be emailed from the author himself. It is meant to be for beginners. It does not cover CFCs. I've only read the first chapter so far but it seems like a good book. I covered ColdFusion 4.5 last semester so I only bought this book to get up to speed on MX.
I don't know what Ben Forta's books are like.
