I have also had a problem with the cfid, the problem was that it would add cfid and cftoken to the url string twice, when using cflocation and not setting the addtoken to no. it was doing thins in 6.0, but was not causing an error.
After setting all my cflocations to addtoken="no" the site seems to be working without error. not sure if this is the same as your problem, but hope it helps. ricardo.
