It's pretty hard to guarentee no spam. We use RBLs and filters at our
end, and some spam still gets through. RBLs are only as good as what is
reported to them.

Outlook 2003 (without Exchange 2003) actually doesn't do a bad job as
well. I've had no spam in my inbox at all (although it still downloads
it).

If your mail server has the option to filter the emails you could give
this a go. And see if you can filter any emails with the offensive words
in it.

I do share his frustration, it's just unbelievable how much junk comes
in on my mail in the last 2 weeks. And thats the email address I only
use for this list, since the last two days I receive more than 50
virusses a day. It's just freaking anoying.

But if he thinks just changing hosts will cease the problem, he is
wrong, unless ofcourse the new host can guarantee no SPAM at all, which
is unlikely.

My 2 Cents..
