I didn't like the time it took for me to tell the site I wanted the English version either. There was no way for me to skip the intro. The mouse kept disappearing during the animation - so I couldn't even see if anything highlighted for me to click on. So - it eventually settled down and let me choose "English" (with me in the background grumbling.... "All that to just select my language???"). Then the "magic" continued when I selected my language before I could get a menu. So - it settles down again - I click on FAQ. By mistake I work out that I can scroll the text - there was nothing to indicate to me that I could scroll it. I tried the demo - which wasn't intuitive either - I got frustrated and shut the browser down. I like Flash - but there are still so many occassions where it is used as a measure of stature rather than to enhance the user experience.
