Having gone through a couple of Apache upgrades I'd recommend: - backup - shutdown Apache/CF - run CFusionMX/bin/connectors/Remove_ALL_connectors.bat - Update Apache - Run 6.1 Updater The 6.1 updater *should* take note of Apache correctly, but if it doesn't, you can run the CFusionMX\bin\connectors\Apache_connector.bat to re-create the linkage. I haven't upgraded both Apache & CF in one go, but the 6.0 -> 6.1 on a development box went smoothly.
