But how do you convince a Designer/Graphic Artist to use standards. I have spoken to a few and if they dont create the "best looking" site in the world, they feel de-motivated and end up hating their jobs. I am a big fan of Amazon, Ebay and Google because they dont have the best looking site in the world but hey no one can beat their functionality.
