Hi Ryan,

   take a look at VOCP (http://www.vocpsystem.com/), and
   HylaFax (http://www.hylafax.org/).

   VOCP is a fantastic product that handles everything from voice
   messaging to faxing, and has some web interfaces, hylafax is a fax
   server with a few other bits and pieces as well - both are
   excellent, and free.  They're open source and run on linux.
