Can anyone help with getting CFMX6.1 running with IIS, Here is what I have done:
Install Cold Fusion Server
1.. Choose the second option:
(*) J2EE Configuration (ColdFusion MX with Jrun 4)
2.. Choose to Configure IIS and pick the current web site from the list
3.. Make sure the root directory defaults to C:\inetpub\wwwroot
4.. Make sure you are asked for:
1.. Password for the CFAdmin
2.. Username (used "Administrator") and Password for the JRUn
administrator
4.. Verify the Install
1.. Look for the following Services running (ie. "Started"):
1.. Macromedia JRun Admin Server
2.. Macromedia JRun CFusion Server
3.. Macromedia JRun Default Server
I got this message after the install completed:
You have successfully completed the first step in installing Macromedia Cold
Fusion MX.
However, the web server connectors did not install successfully.
One possible reason is that port 51020 is blocked.
Please complete the following steps to complete the installation:
1.. Consult the Installation Guide on how to manually configure the web
server connector,
2.. Ensure any firewall software blocking port 51020
..etc..
When I try to run the command to manually configure the web server
connector I get this error:
C:\JRun4\runtime\jre\bin>java -cp cf_root\runtime\lib -jar
cf_root\runtime\lib\wsconfig.jar -ws IIS -site "0" -map
.cfm,.cfc,.cfml,.jsp -v

Any ideas ?
