The reason for disclaimers in emails are in place, due to the same types of people who complain about them, in that if you find a persons disclaimer length annoying and erks you, your most likely to be the first person to complain / sue someone over the context of a message (excluding its initial intent). As its quite clear small insignificant things piss you off, and before you know it your ringing into radio stations complaining about a topic with an ignorant response.
Kind of reminds me of an old woman screaming "turn that repetitous music off, its too loud ya bunch of hippies" -- why not turn down your hearing aid you old bat.

Use your personal email for non-company related emails to avoid the disclaimers. Hotmail will be fine.
