My undertanding of <cflogin> is if you are not logged in then CF will
execute all the code within the <cflogin></cflogin>. As I understand it,
typically this code would be a logon page which would include a
<cfloginuser> tell CF that the user has successfully been authenticated.
You could put the <cflogin> tags and enclosed code in the Application.cfm
page, so once you've logged on, you won't see the logon page until you've
<cflogout>.
