I had cfmail embedding attachments into email messages just nicely in CF5,
by writing directly to the spool directory. CFMX handles mail much
differently - has anyone been able to successfully embed an image attachment
into an email message with MX or 6.1 and link to it inline in the message?

An example (yes, I know the boundaries are not right, just want to give you
the general idea of what is happening):

-- html boundary

<B>This is my HTML text</B>

<IMG SRC="cid:3409830498";>

-- image boundary, identifying the file cid:3409830498

(file encoded in binary)

-- end image boundary

-- end html boundary
