I host several clients with crystaltech, some small, some with
multiple dedicated servers - they've been fantastic.  You can pretty
much manage whatever you need to through their control interfaces
without needing to contact support staff, (and their support staff are
usually pretty good) and turnaround on setups etc is very quick.  Plus
one thing I really like is that they give you plenty of advance
warning and even reminders of anything they're going to do to the
networks.  Plus if somethign goes wrong they don't ignore it, they fix
it and email all their customers about it.
