I host several clients with crystaltech, some small, some with multiple dedicated servers - they've been fantastic. You can pretty much manage whatever you need to through their control interfaces without needing to contact support staff, (and their support staff are usually pretty good) and turnaround on setups etc is very quick. Plus one thing I really like is that they give you plenty of advance warning and even reminders of anything they're going to do to the networks. Plus if somethign goes wrong they don't ignore it, they fix it and email all their customers about it.
