Thanks Gary, But as I was writing something for a friend who is using a very older browser and he himself wanted to maintain the site, XML was not an issue he wanted to pursue here. If it was me I would have used the XML method so that I could get away with not having to frame the pages.
Sometimes older technologies can be the biggest pain in the ass.
