lol, apparently quite a lot of ppl are!
I've pulled a few of the designs apart to see how it ticks, and I've learnt soooo much about CSS trickery that I'm hankering to build a pure CSS site. Unfortunately I'm having to develop for Netscape 4 compatibility right now, but I'm trying really hard to change that! Has anyone from this list submitted a design to the garden?
But all these CSS designs *are* Netscape 4 compatable -- you just get text.
