Yes, that's worth trying. If the webservers stop acting up then that's
probably it. 

If that's it then to take away DW using RDS there's no advantage in using
DW, really ... (yeah, I know: "use Homesite+" - but these are wanna-be
pony-tailed _designers_ )

these machines are best described as test boxes. Yes, I fully understand RDS
is a big no-no for proddy boxes.

Yes, we move neo-query.xml files around from server to server all the 
time and it works just fine. I'd recommend copying the file into an 
installation only when it is down - and the new file is only read when 
you restart CFMX.

production server anyway)?
