CSS2 is not intended for 3 column layouts, however there are plenty of templates
around the place.

Try www.glish.com/css for some nice ones, but they're not Netscape 4 compatible... (if
you care)

There are some NS4 compatible ones at http://www.fu2k.org/alex/css/index.mhtml but
personally I don't think they're as swish as glish ;)

Yes, DIV's are apparently the future, but realistically it's much less headache to use
a simple 3 column table and then use DIV's from then on. Just my $0.02...

Miles.

Subject: [cfaussie] CSS and aligning

Howdy,

In my quest for a non tabled page layout :), I'm trying to align 3 divs next to each
other, similar to how the <td> works in a table.
But when I insert the 3 divs they get put under one another.

How do I do it without a table? I thought that divs were the future.

thanks
ben
