The difference between an IF statement and SWITCH statement is that at run
time, ALL options are evaluated in an IF/ELSE IF where as a switch statement
will "bust-out" as soon as a match is found.

Therefore a switch "should" be quicker (unless the match occurs on the last
test i guess).

Pretty sure that rule applies for most programming languages. Don't see why
CF would be any different.
