I'm not sure how you can get around this
issue in Dreamweaver, but my personal workaround is to put the link tag in every
page and then do a find-replace when putting the site into production...

Thanks Brian. That's what I've done in the header file. But once the
ColdFusion template include the header file, the css won't shown in the
Dreamweaver.

Hi,
I'm using <CFInclude> to include the header file and css file is
linked under the header file with path defined in the application.cfm. In
Dreamweaver, I can manually add css to the text but is there a way to see
the css items under Dreamweaver CSS Style window?
