In a hosted environment (multiple sites) more thank likely the CFIDE folder
is not accessible to your site. The trick is your hosting provider will not
tell you this.

This occurred I believe after CF version 5.

The solution is to copy the cfform.js and cfwddx.js to a folder that your
site can access. CFFROM also include the "scriptsrc" attribute to point to
where you end up putting it, eg:

<cfform name="myform" scriptsrc="lib/cfform.js" ....>
