We just fixed this problem. We had to edit the CFusionMX/lib/neo-query.xml file and delete the entries for the default datasource. Apparently its some bug in MX6.1 thats caused by some changes to the way the datasource config files were handled between 6.0 and 6.1 We edited the xml file and stopped and started all the cf services and we're all good now.
We still don't know why it chose to explode on us at this exact moment. According to the server logs it started at 7:30am this morning.
