I don't think there is a limitation implied by coldfusion per se, however there may be a limit caused by the web server (and perhaps any proxy servers along the path). Many security based devices (firewalls, reverse proxies etc) also limit the size of HTTP POSTs......
Check your webserver documentation to see what your limits might be (and try some local testing first).

Quick stupid question -
I don't think there is - but is there a limit of the amount of data one can upload using CFFILE?
Just looking at using it to upload 20+ MB files, and considering if there will be a problem. (Time
is of no consequence ;o) )
