[cfaussie] mirgation code issues

Hi
My provider has mirgrated my site to cfmx from 4.5 and iam getting bugs.
 
it seems the major problems are cfif tags i have tried coldfusion.com for info on specific changes but cant locate the answers.
 
i am also getting a  [Macromedia][SequeLink JDBC Driver][SequeLink Server]Required user name is missing
 
here is a sample of code thats falling over
