I used the editor for a site.  Its very good at what it does as long as you
work with its limitations.  Implementation is easy.  You just include the
editor with a line of text and the end result is that it produces a hidden
form field that contains the code.  Simply insert the form field into the
database.

Another option is Contribute, but I have not used it so can not comment on
it.
