Yup...  Ran it and made no difference...

The weird thing is that when I get the version information on apache it
says that I have the version installed with the magic number required???

us.

Apache works fine by itself (without coldfusion installed).  As soon as
the coldfusion software is installed and the following code is included
in the httpd.conf file
