I am getting the following error

[Macromedia][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]xpsql.cpp: Error 87 from GetProxyAccount on line 604

The following is what I found for solutions to the problem

However it is talking about using a domain user, I'd like to know if I can achieve the same with a SQL user?
It's to much of an hassle to get a new domain user setup where the password does not expire ;-))
