I have used XmlSearch quite a bit but was wondering if you could clarify
what XPATH syntax is permissible in XmlSearch.

I have tried using some of the node tests (such as text() and comment())
without success (I would have to go back and check, but basically the
message was saying that it did not understand the syntax).
Yes, it seems to only support simple XPath queries. For the case Claude described, it would do enough. I use it to navigate XML docs with relative paths and with attribute queries but nothing fancy.
