Just so I know for next time, what would you like me to call something that is applied as a quick-fix, a quick work-around, something non-standard?
I could be wrong, but I've been told that a HACK is a non-standard work-around, something you do when you are pressed for time, and you know the right way of doing it, and you know what your doing is wrong but you choose the quick way out anyway due to time constraints. Do I do it? Certainly, I do it when I *REALLY* have to, but I make it very clear when I have to, and I will take the client aside and tell them what I am about to do, they choose, have the app delivered in 10 minutes with the *what_ever_you_want_to_call_it* and possibly run into another problem after that, created by the first *what_ever_you_want_to_call_it*, or do it the right way to start with.
