Noah? Who the hell is noah? Nevermind I don't care. Anyway, I'm not sure
about the whole storing thing in the database. But I would recommend
perhaps building a program or buying a prexisting one which you can create
webservices to and populate data.

1. Create a CMS system in which users can add/edit/delete web pages.
2. Create a webservice which taps into BLA to get all products
3. Sell the CMS system to the dealers so that it builds it for them. 

Just my 2 cents. BTW. I told Peter about the web services idea over a year
ago. So its not new. Hell you could even create a Flash App using the new
flex when it comes out and go totally offline. But BLA has gotten enough
free shit out of me...
