Hmmm, can't see a version number of IE itself.. its part of the
standard install of Windows Mobile 2003.

Its a iPaq 2210 if thats any help.

There seems to be some emulators here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/resources/downloads/developer/default.mspx

But they look like part of a pretty chunky SDK.
