We are running coldfusion on a os x box which will have potentially 5000 users accessing it all day everyday. We are currently considering running a mysql db however due to the level of support for this product we are a little bit hesitate. What are the other options out there, our db guy was really keen on this http://store.openbase.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/OpenBaseStore?page=home however my concern is that it won't connect to coldfusion.
Are there better products out there???
