for some reason I can't locate your original post but if you're looking to just dump a powerpoint presentation into flash get yourself a free copy of openoffice 1.1 (www.openoffice.org) - it will let you open a powerpoint file and save it as a swf, which when loaded in a browser is clickable to change slides.
And it can be run outside the browser as a standalone Flash movie. A couple of points: (1) it can do some funky things with your fonts when exporting as SWF (2) I believe export-to-SWF is only available in 1.1, not 1.0, and therefore it is not available on all platforms yet (so you're OK on Windows but not Mac) - unless you build your own copy of OOo110 :)
As was also mentioned, Breeze converts PPT to SWF (but I believe it does it on the server) and I think that at least one of the new Macromedia Robo* products can do this as well (but I'm not yet familiar enough with them to be certain).
