I have a number of dev sites on the CF server, each with its own IP address and domain reference.
On occasion - 'more often recently' - CF stops processing and displays 'what looks like' cached pages
Sounds like the multi-homed cache issue (which is in the release notes or installation notes I believe). You can add/change the cacheRealPath(?) setting in one of the XML files to fix this.
